WE ARE MANUFACTURER OF RUBBER MATS IN SINGLE AND ROLL FORM AND WE USE PREMIUM MATERIALS SELECTED FROM THE PUREST QUALITY ON THE MARKET. OUR RUBBER MATS ARE NATURALLY 100% RECYCLED.
All our products are of superior quality due to our innovative production methods and ASTM quality control. Our secret lies in the use of specially selected recycled rubber materials. Our methods ensure the highest quality product, i.e. odorless, free of metal fragments, easy to install, and above all, safe for human and animal environments. (Most mats on the markets are not totally safe due to VOCs or metal fragments). In ‘’free stall’’ installation antibacterial fibers antibacterial fibers are added to increase dimensional stability (agricultural industry). In underlayment flooring installation to increase soundproofing, a special felt is laminated to the rubber (construction industry).
Our ‘’continuous’’ process allows us to produce widths of 30’’ to 84’’ (76 to 214 cm). Thicknesses of 1/8’’ to 1/2’’ (2.5 to 12 mm) are offered in lengths up to 500 feet (154m).

*Why we choose to process our mats from post industrial EPDM rubber and virgin elastomers instead of tires.
We use EPDM that we grind at our facility. This high quality material comes from the automotive industry. The seals on your car doors have a very complex design and some are rejected at the automotive plant. We take this material which has outstanding antiozonant/antioxidant properties and manufacture a highly flexible, long-lasting product. Another key asset is that the polymers use to bind this rubber together are uric and lactic acid. EPDM rubber is known for is high flexibility, leak resistance and long-lasting quality. ( If not recycled these door seals may last more than 1000 years in a landfill site ).
We avoid the vulcanization process for the following reasons: for vulcanized rubber to be durable it must be made from virgin rubber materials. Prices of premium rubber have reached an all time high, therefore processors have no choice but to produce mats from uncured recycled rubber (less quality) even though they pretend to use premium rubber.
The problem with recycled uncured rubber remains in cross-contamination with nitril , butyl, NR and other materials used in the production of tires. The main difficulty is to control the cure rate. Other manufacturers such as the Chinese or the Indonesian have a tendency to neglect this issue resulting in inconsistent quality. Visually the product may appear the same but UV and ozone properties will cause early degradation.
